My name is Leisha Conrad and I am a Māori Weaver from the Far North. My passion for weaving came from my Mum and Nanny. Both were traditional weavers and taught us how to weave very early in life.

Over the years my weaving has evolved. Spending years weaving traditional Kete and Pikau (baskets & backpacks) I now focus on Natural Fibre Kākahu and other products made with the addition of contemporary materials.
