We are based in Manurewa, Auckland.
What products are you selling on this website?
We are only loading our Pēke Pātara Wai up for sale on this website for now.
Products on this website may differ from time to time depending on workload and stocks available.
We will load a variety of products over time (more pēke pātara wai, pēke, pōtae, kākahu, etc).
How can I place a bulk order?
Contact us on orders@kaikihikihiart.co.nz if you have any queries or you are interested in placing bulk orders and we can organise to send a quote to you.
Can I place an order for a school?
If you have an inquiry about orders for kākahu kapa haka email us at orders@kaikihikihiart.co.nz and we will send a quote to you. You will have 14 days to accept, and then we will start on your order.

What are the dimensions of a pēke pātara wai?
1.5L bottles
25 cm height x 15 cm width
750mL bottles
17 cm height x 12 cm width
What size bottles can fit inside?
1.5L bottles. However, you can put a wine bottle, a speaker, or anything really into a pēke pātara wai which makes them so versatile.
How durable are they?
Like most products, over time they will lose their durability. But we sell some pēke pātara wai with higher quality canvas', such as vinyl, at a little higher price ($50 as opposed to $45) which last longer.

Can I cancel/change an order?
We always aim to get our deliveries out as soon as possible. Please email us within an hour of placing your order so we can make any changes.
Can I make a custom order?
At this stage, no we are not doing custom orders. But it is something we will look in to and if so, we will let you all know when custom orders will be available.

How much is shipping across New Zealand?
Shipping cost is included in the price of a pēke pātara wai.
What areas do you deliver to?
We are shipping our products nationwide! However we are not shipping to outer islands such as Waiheke Island.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping will take 1-3 business days in most cases.
Do you ship internationally?
No we don't, only in New Zealand.
Do you offer pickups?
No we no longer do pick-ups.
