RETURN POLICY

We accept return of items purchased from the Kaikihikihi Arts website if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was shipped.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

You, the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost. We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the wrong item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.

To initiate the refund process please email us at refunds@kaikihikihiart.co.nz.

Please include the following details:

- Name and phone number
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Receipt for return shipping (if the product is faulty or wrong product was sent)

We'll aim to get back to you within 72 hours. After this time, you will be required to send the faulty item to us so we can refund or replace the item.

 

ITEMS ON SALE

Please note: Any sale items/items purchased on sale and promotional gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

 

FAULTY PRODUCT & WARRANTY

We always aim to inspect and send our products with a reasonable amount of protection. However, if you package arrives damaged in anyway please contact us on refunds@kaikihikihiart.co.nz.
Please include your order number, details of the fault as well as photographs of the damage.

We'll be able to sort you a solution ASAP!

We offer a 14 day warranty on our pēke pātara wai.

Period commences from the date of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
